In the early 2000's, the second largest land developer in Las Vegas recruited her for land acquisitions, where she bought and sold over 2,000 acres of land, closing more than $215M in transactions. Working with in-house planners, zoning attorneys, and engineers, Tania mastered complex land transactions.
When the Great Recession hit, she adapted, shifting her focus to negotiating short sales on distressed commercial properties—later expanding into residential.
